At OTB Boots, Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original OTB box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the new label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
